How long will standard orders take?
Regular shipping times for domestic orders are based on processing time plus shipping time. Standard delivery orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, and will arrive 3 to 5 business days from the date they were shipped. Expedited Shipping is also available.

Some of our items are shipped directly from the manufacturer which we believe is a more environmentally friendly approach. We do our best to work with suppliers that adhere to our own shipping policies and in many cases you will receive your item faster than our shipping policy dictates. Please be aware however that we cannot guarantee shipping times for dropshipped items and it make take longer for you to receive your product. Items that are shipped direct from the manufacturer are noted on the product pages.
Please note: For purposes of calculating total ship time, the date of purchase will be the following day for any orders received after 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET. These delivery times do not apply to shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.

What if I only get part of my order?
In order to provide you with the speediest service possible, items ordered together may not necessarily ship together and this will not affect your shipping charges. All of the products you purchase through us will either be shipped directly from the manufacturer or from the fulfillment centers that we utilize at Amazon.com. We utilize Amazon.com's expert fulfillment centers to store our inventory and then pick, pack and ship the items to you. This allows us to focus on the store and giving you the customer service you deserve. You will be notified by e-mail or phone if there are any delays in shipping.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes, we are able to ship the majority of items to these two states. However, there are some bulky furniture items that cannot be shipped safely to customers in Alaska and Hawaii. In those cases, we will alert you directly and we reserve the right to cancel those items in your order. You will not be charged for any item that does not ship to you.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, no but we are always looking at shipping partners that will allow our international customers to purchase our products.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
Yes we can but the estimated shipping times no longer apply. Please provide a valid postal address during checkout if you would like to receive the items within 3-5 business days for standard shipping.
Do you offer assembly services for larger items like furniture?
No we do not.

As a thank you for your repeat, loyal business, we are pleased to offer a new loyalty program that rewards you for all your purchases. To participate, simply set up an account. For online orders, make sure to log in before checking out. For in store purchases, please provide your email address to the cashier before checkout so you get credit for the sale. It is that simple!

- Once you have enough points in your account you can redeem for dollars off on your next purchase.
- All points that are redeemed must be from an order that has been paid in full
- All returns will reduce your point total (1 point deducted for each dollar value returned)
- If the return is made after your points have been redeemed, your refund will be reduced by the amount of the redeemed reward.
- Reward points will ONLY be issued in the account holder's name and are non-transferable.

Loyalty Reward Levels:
- 225 points = $10 with a minimum $30 purchase
- 500 points = $30 with a minimum $85 purchase
- 750 points = $50 with a minimum $125 purchase
- 1000 points = $75 with a minimum $150 purchase
Stashes, carriers and gifts can really add up! We understand that is can be difficult for many families to purchase items directly so we are pleased to offer layaway for any purchase over $50. In order to take advantage of our layaway program, simply use the code LAYAWAY at checkout to put 25% down on your purchase. Within 24 hours you will receive an email from us with directions on setting up an installment plan for either 2 or 3 months, whichever is more affordable for you.
If you want to set up your layaway in store, we can do that for you as well. Just come in, pick your items and let the cashier know you would like to use layaway.
- There is a $50 minimum to take advantage of the program
- There is a $5 layaway charge on all plans
- The layaway wont be finalized until your installment plan is set up through Paypal
- You do not need a Paypal account to set up the installment plan
- You can cancel the layaway at any time but the initial 25% is non-refundable because we are taking the item out of inventory and holding it for you
- You are welcome to pay off the item early without penalty
- Coupon codes/discounts/sales that we offer while your item is on layaway can not be retroactively applied
