All returns must be made at our storefront located at 319 State Street Beloit, WI 53511 or via mail. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, unless, of course, there was an error on our part. Any available store credits will be issued at the then lowest selling price and shall be in the form of an A Much Better Way gift card. All returns are for store credit only; no cash refunds are available. Store credits may be used at amuchbetterway.com or in our Beloit Wisconsin storefront. Items must be postmarked by the deadline date to qualify for the refund. If items do not meet the following conditions, they will be returned to the customer with a note explaining why the product does not qualify for a refund.
90 Day New, Unused Returns:
Returns are welcomed within 90 days of purchase on unopened and unused products and in the same exact condition it was received by you. Please note that discounted/clearance items are final sale. Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned with your packing slip or in store receipt up to 90 days from the purchase date. (less our original shipping costs). Return postage is customer's responsibility. Please allow 2-4 business days for your return/exchange to be processed.
Used/open baby carriers are not eligible for returns or exchange at any time.
30 Day Stain Free, Used Cloth Diapers:
Because cloth diapers sometimes require trial and error to see what works best for your family, we are pleased to offer a 'try and return' policy for our cloth diapering customers. Details: You have 30 days to try, wash and return your stain free diapers. Stained diapers will not be accepted. Our original shipping costs are never refunded and refunds are given as an A Much Better Way gift card always. Applies to Cloth Diapers, Diaper Covers, Inserts and Doublers and Training Pants. Refunds will not be given for disposable or non-reusable products. Your stain free, washed diapers may be returned with your packing slip or in store receipt up to 30 days from the purchase date. Please note: "washed cloth diapers" on packing slip or receipt with your return. Return postage is customer's responsibility. Please allow 2-4 business days for your return/exchange to be processed.
1. Repack the item in its original box.
2. Write "new product return" or "washed cloth diaper return" at the bottom of the packing slip provided in your shipment and include it with the items you are returning.
3. Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. A Much Better Way, LLC cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our location.

If you no longer have your packing slip, please e-mail us at email@example.com or call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-796-8333 to obtain your order number. All messages, whether by phone or e-mail, will be returned within two business days. A packing slip or order number must be included in your return.
