Red Beans Red bean varieties (such as pinto beans and red kidney beans) are great sources of healthy protein, fiber, and antioxidants. They're also full of important minerals like iron and magnesium.     I love this list of healthiest foods, and interesting to note that salmon is there of course, as the omega 3 fatty acids as well as the DMAE in it helps all parts of the body including the facial skin to reduce lines and wrinkles and improve skin tone. Best is to get a good source of salmon to avoid pollutants, or go for organic flax seed oil.

    Pretty good list, I would just add tomatoes, garlic, and lean turkey to the list.

    I feel very lucky because I happen to love all 7 of these foods. We do need to remember not to add a lot of salt to them, though, and we really need to make sure we get plenty to drink every day, especially water and other healthy beverages. Water is key to keeping your body hydrated and flushing out toxins, plus it does marvelous things for your skin.

    I read that farmed salmon can be dangerous to your health because of what they’re being fed.
    I do love blueberries. I like the taste & the high levels of anti-oxidants they have.

    And here, I thought nuts, while filling, were really high with calories…..but Almonds….I’ll give those a shot.

    And apples too? I’m surprised about eating apples, as I thought that they were just really sweet and really juicy.. but wow, that looks good, I will have to buy some apples
