Carpet is not just toxic but it retains dirt and other tracked in toxins. It is like wearing the same pair of socks for 20 years. Ick. I would rather have stained concrete or some other solid surface that can be scrubbed.

I think it is also the most natural way for human beings to exercise. All of these other exercise fads have to be forced and seem so contrived. Nothing is more natural to any mammal than walking, running and sex.

I know a Kindle can be more eco friendly but I just LOVE a good book. I would much rather grab a used book at a thrift store or online and turn the pages then stare at something electronic. Just not the same for me.
