My wife and I try to seek vegetarian/vegan sources of protein where we can, especially nuts and seeds. We are really starting to use chia and flax seeds on a regular basis.

I just saw one at Walmart and I think it was only $40 or so.

I tried one ages ago but it was loud and really hard to clean. I think they have come a long way in the last few years though. Juicing is supposed to be excellent for your health.

It is also a great way to recoup your costs by selling the item on Craigslist when you are done – re-recyling.

What about the refrigerated wet food? Is that any good?

I agree about the exercise. I try to break a sweat every day – otherwise I start to feel “off”.

We are incredibly fortunate to live in a great public school system. If we ever relocate we would consider homeschooling though.

We don’t practice any religion but we try to teach our sons what other people believe so they grow up understanding and tolerant of others.

My wife got prefolds for shower gifts. We ended up using a totally different type of cloth diaper but the prefolds were great for burp cloths and cleaning up spills.

I can’t get past the grassy taste – even though I know it is good for me. I just stick with water.

My wife nursed both our sons until well past their second birthdays. She is hoping to breastfeed our third child even longer if everything works out.
